Marilyn Monroe In A Scene From The Prince and The Showgirl (PR-0017)

Marilyn Monroe Allure Collection Art Prints
Milton H. Greene
  • Marilyn Monroe Productions (the company created by Marilyn Monroe and Milton H. Greene) produced the movies _Bus Stop_ in 1956 and _The Prince and the Showgirl_ in 1957. During scene changes, Milton would tweak all elements of the set which pertained to the presentation of his partner and friend -- always making certain that Marilyn looked her very best in regards to costume, hair, makeup, lighting and posture.

This photograph was taken on the set of _The Prince and the Showgirl_ in the palace suite where most of the action took place between Marilyn and her co-star, Sir Laurence Olivier.Pin_it_button
